In 2023, I acted as one of four volunteer leads for a diverse team of 20+ women to deliver a pioneering policy paper that investigated gaps in digital access for women in rural areas in the UK, as well as areas experiencing poverty is leaving them unable to contribute to society.

With the rapid acceleration of digitalisation, these women are at risk of further marginalisation and the impacts that result from that.

I contributed via desk research, offering project strategy and management around participant recruitment, qualitative interviews, surveys, questionnaire design and development, data analysis, synthesis and reporting.

UN Women UK is the UK National Committee for UN Women. It exists to take action on gender equality in the UK whilst supporting the work of the wider UN Women family around the world.
